Not just water and a baguette: Air Malta adds more choice to in-flight menu... at a cost

Friday, 31 July 2015, 14:51 Last update: about 10 years ago

As of 1 August, Air Malta will be launching a Sky Bar Menu with a revised selection of the Buy on Board product range. These items will be offered to customers in addition to the free water and snack that is offered on all flights.

New quality brands were introduced for a better choice including an assortment of teas, sweets, and also a few hot food options. Other items including a few Air Malta merchandise can also be purchased.

The Sky Bar Menu will be reviewed and changed every season. This will give the airline the opportunity to listen to customers feedback and include or replace items which our clients may prefer.

“This initiative is part of a series of projects the airline will be launching in the coming weeks. It is aimed at putting customers at the heart of everything we do. We are reviewing and enhancing the customer journey at every possible moment. Air Malta understands that customers want choice and flexibility and the new menu is just one step in that direction," commented Ursula Silling, Air Malta’s Chief Commercial Officer.
