Six Croatian men have been arrested after a fight in Paceville early this morning, the police said.

The police were informed about the brawl, which involved foreigners and people employed in security.

The fight started in Santa Rita steps, and spilled over to St George’s Road where chairs, bottles and glasses were thrown towards the security people. Some damage ensued, the police said.

The six Croatian men are presumably here for the Malta-Croatia match to be played at Ta’ Qali this evening.
