Gin drinkers were treated to a molecular extravaganza last month at Playa Del Sol in St. Julian's for the launch of Bulldog, a new London gin now available in Malta. 

More than 100 gin drinkers and traders attended the event where bartenders served elaborate gin based cocktails using liquid nitrogen, a smoke chamber and molecular gastronomy tools. 

Bulldog Gin is a premium London gin created in 2007 and is quickly becoming the natural choice for independent-minded gin drinkers. It contains 12 botanicals including lotus leaves, lavender, dragon eye and organically farmed Italian juniper.
