Notable drop in migrant arrivals in 2015 when compared to previous years

There was a drastic drop in the amount of irregular migrants reaching Malta's shores in 2015 when compared to 2008 and 2013.
According to information tabled by Home Affairs Minister Carmelo Abela, migrant arrivals fell from 2,775 in 2008 to just 100 last year.
