FTIAS organises open day for MCAST students

FTIAS Ltd. recently organised an Open Day for MCAST students currently in their final year of studies, leading to a Diploma in Accounting, to bridge the gap between educational theory and the working world. During their three-hour visit, students were given an overview of what FTIAS’s new offices, at SmartCity Malta, look like as well as a basic insight into the main roles of the various departments. Students had also the opportunity to follow a presentation, delivered by FTIAS’s Human Resources Manager, Christine Apap with insider tips on how to improve their performance during job interviews. They also met a number of staff members, who, some years back, were enrolled in the same AAT course, and, who, today, form part of FTIAS’s workforce.
