A fifth cyclone is going to pass very close to Malta next weekend, weather site firstmalta.com reports. First we had Charlene, Zissi, Doris and Gaby passing very close to Malta, luckily missing us by a few kilometres and now we are to expect another cyclone. It is still too early to predict exactly the direction of this cyclone, but first indications are showing that this cyclone will once again hit Italy hard, and will according to current predictions only brush through Malta, bringing some isolated rain showers.

Over Malta, the air pressure is expected to diminish from the normal levels of 1020hPa down to 1003hPa on Saturday 2 April morning. Some isolated rain would be expected on Sunday 3 April and Monday 4 April.

Temperatures are expected to rise slightly throughout this week, as highs will reach 21C on Tuesday and Wednesday whilst on Thursday 31 March and Friday 1 April temperatures are expected to reach 22C. Temperatures are expected to go down to 18C on Saturday and Sunday.
