A five year old boy was injured this afternoon when he was hit by a motorcycle in Parish Street, Naxxar.  The motorcycle, a Yamaha T110, was being driven by a 29-year-old from Naxxar, the police said in a statement.

The boy was taken to the hospital where he is receiving treatment, but he is not in danger of dying.
