Leslie Skipper, the Prime Minister's British Media Consultant, was part of the Maltese Eurovision Delegation, said Culture Minister Owen Bonnici in answer to a parliamentary question by PN MP Clyde Puli.

Mr Skipper was joined by Daniel D'Anastasi, David Debono and Luke Fisher to form the PR and Marketing team for the delegation. The Delegation also included CEO Anton Attard, who headed the delegation, Doreen Cortis who was the assistant head of delegation, PBS Chairman Tonio Portughese, producer Gordon Bonello, and Ira's manager Howard Keith Debono.

The Stage Team were Ira Losco, Anna Abela, Pamela Bezzina, Skorpion, Molly Pattersson Hammar, and Lard Safsud. The Stage Styling Team was made up of Stephane Boko, Alex Zabotto, Diane Nikolic and Marielle Calleja. The TV Production Team included Mark Vassallo, Jeremy Dalli and Charles Ahar.

The Minister refused to give any direct answer in terms of spending due to the commercial nature of how the PBS operates, however Dr Bonnici said that revenue from advertising and sponsorship rose by 120% this year.
