A car being driven by an 81-year-old driver caught fire in St Julian’s this morning, the police said in a statement.
The accident happened in the tunnels on Manwel Dimech Street at 10am.
The car, a Peugeot 106, was being driven in the direction of Valletta.
The man was unhurt.
