The law firms Mamo TCV Advocates and Simon Tortell & Associates would like to announce the merger that took place on 1 July 2016. The newly merged law firm will continue to be known as Mamo TCV.

The merger will build upon and exploit the synergies of the firms' respective practices – indeed Mamo TCV’s expertise now spans diverse practice areas including corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, insolvency, capital markets, banking and finance, insurance, investment services and funds, shipping and aviation, employment, IP, competition, real estate and construction, media and telecommunications and litigation.

Following the merger, Mamo TCV has admitted three new partners Michael Psaila, Frank Testa and Katya Tua.
