Quinton announce key appointment to board

Local fiduciary and corporate services provider, Quinton Trust (Malta) Limited, have announced the appointment of Joanne Fenech to its Board of Directors at their office based SmartCity Malta.

Joanne Fenech joins Quinton as Client Services Director and will play an integral part in Quinton's ongoing plans to strengthen their Malta office. She will responsible for leading the Malta team in the development of their client relationships and new business opportunities and as an accredited agent with Identity Malta, will be key in the business' strategy to further promote their Residence and Citizenship services, in particular the Malta Individual Investor Programme.

Joanne has over 15 years' experience working in the financial services industry, primarily in the provision of fiduciary and corporate services and is approved by the Malta Financial Services Authority to act as a director within this regulated business environment.

 Prior to joining Quinton, she performed a number of roles within the CSP sector including Corporate Services and Business Development Executive at a leading international accountancy firm and most recently director at an international corporate services provider, where she was responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the business from human resources matters to overseeing compliance and regulatory aspects, to business development and the management of a team of nine members.

Joanne holds an MSc in Management from the University of Chester and a Diploma in Financial Services Operations and Compliance from the London School of Economics.  She is a member of the Malta Institute of Management and a member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.  She also currently lectures on Human Resources Management, Marketing, e-Business and Managing Organisations.
