Run to the Rhythm is once again promising to be a mainstay of the Pink October campaign, as the organizing team together with Eurosport is this year promising a livelier and more vibrant run.
The innovative 10 km run will leave the Bay Street Tourist Complex in St Julian's at 08.30 am on Sunday, 16th October and proceed to Gzira and back. The Run to the Rhythm will see all the runners dressed in Pink attire leaving en masse and running to the rhythm of the music provided by VibeFm throughout the whole route. The DJ will entertain and lead the runners enroute to Gzira along the Sliema front.
Members of the family and friends wishing to support the runners while at the same time join the fun, can get moving to some zumba and more exciting activities in the Fun and Outdoor Fitness Area at Bay Street, St George's Bay.
Registration fee is €10 and can be done online at http://pinkoctober.support/events/run/. The first 500 who register online will be given a free technical shirt and discount voucher from Eurosport Shop, Psaila Street, B'Kara which can be collected on Friday 14th October between 4pm & 7pm or Saturday, 15th October from 09.00 am till 12.00 noon. Those registering online will get the chance to WIN a €1,000 Travel Voucher from FCM Travel Solutions.
Pink October 2016 brings together The Marigold Foundation, Europa Donna Malta, Action for Breast Cancer, JPA, the majority of Malta's media houses and numerous partners, to organize one of the biggest philanthropic events in aid of breast cancer research and awareness in Malta.
