A bobbing sea of white foam from a malfunctioning fire retardant system flowed out of a hangar at a California airport Friday and swallowed the surrounding parking lot and streets.
Firefighters say the foam spread after a fire alarm malfunctioned in a hangar at San Jose airport, causing foam to spew out of the hangar's vents.
The public has been warned to not to touch the foam as it is a skin irritant.
But aerial footage shows that one biker ignored the warning and rode through the foam cloud, emerging covered from head to toe in the white substance.
