The Plaza Shopping Centre has for the last 10 years raised funds from visitors and shoppers over the Christmas shopping season.  Funds raised at the Plaza Shopping during the month of December was this year in aid of children residing at the Ursuline Sisters home in Gwardamangia.

The response to the campaign was extremely positive and a cheque for €3,300  was presented on 28 Decemberby Gerald Frendo, a Plaza employee, to Sister Michaela on behalf of the Mother Superior at Angela House in the presence of Lionel Lapira, CEO Plaza Centres PLC.
