Zurrieq Branch is Bank of Valletta’s Branch of the Year

Bank of Valletta's Zurrieq Branch was awarded the Bank of Valletta Branch of the Year Award for the Financial Year 2016 as the best performing branch within the Bank's retail network.  Meanwhile Birkirkara Branch and Gozo Branch have placed second and third respectively.

Peter Perotti, Chief Retail Banking Officer at Bank of Valletta presented the award to Branch Manager Marvic Doughty when visiting the Branch together with Kenneth Farrugia, Chief Business Development Officer (Investments) and Geoffrey Ghigo Head  Branch Network.

The BOV Branch of the Year Award recognises the outstanding performance of the winning branch among the Bank's network of 37 branches.  The selection process was based on a number of set criteria which measured the performance of the different branches throughout the year and in particular recognized the efforts of the branch members to deliver a high level service in line with customer expectations while also meeting its business objectives.

'It is evident that the team at Zurrieq Branch has not only recorded an excellent business performance but also delivered a service which is representative of Bank of Valletta's commitment to offer a highly personalised and professional service to all its customers,' said Mr Perotti.

'We are honored to have earned the Branch of the Year Award,' said Ms Doughty, Branch Manager of the winning team. 'We are highly motivated by the fact that this Award has recognised our continuous effort to focus on a quality service towards our customers. Our team consistently represents BOV's commitment towards the community in which we operate and I am very proud of this achievement which has been obtained by a collective effort of all team members.'
