I am not easily confused, but over the last two weeks, I have come to think something is not quite right. I am referring to the farcical ‘Maltese Cheesecakes’ matter.
Can anybody please explain to me the wrongdoing in the matter? When I met my other half, I offered to go and get some Maltese cheesecakes. At first I was understood to have meant sweet cheesecake but the savoury variety was accepted and enjoyed no end.
Funnily enough I was later introduced to haggis, I am sure you know what that is.
As far as I am concerned, and correct me if I am wrong, nothing was condemned on the internet after the event. I do not think anybody would have hesitated in doing so had it been so drastic.
So please, in the name of God, let’s be more positive and try to achieve more for the country and for the next generation if not for us, so when they study the story they will not come across this nonsense.
