An elderly man this morning was killed in a traffic accident in Luqa, the police said.
The 71-year-old of Luqa was hit by a car, a Toyota Hilux, driven by a 58-year-old resident of Mqabba at 6.15am
The man was certified dead on site.
Magistrate Josette Demicoli is conducting an inquiry.
