A 59-year-old Qormi man is suffering from grievous injuries after falling from a two-storey height while working on a construction site in Zurrieq.

The incident occurred at 1.40 pm on Triq Superjur Manwel Camilleri.

An ambulance went on site and took the man to Mater Dei Hospital.

Police investigations are ongoing.
