Last Wednesday, Malta became the 15th country (out of 50) in Europe to legally recognise and allow same-sex marriage. The main arguments for this change hinged on "new rights" being given to the LGBT community. This community, we were told, had always being heavily discriminated against. But thanks to the civil union law as well as some other previous laws, these LGBT "rights" were actually already protected before the law was amended on Wednesday. I have yet to hear of a single new LGBT right achieved by these amendments.
On the other hand, other rights have now been purposefully taken away from the LGBT as well as the non-LGBT community. And this will not be the first or last amendment to the law!
These amendments were never really about gay marriage or additional rights per se. Let me reiterate. No new rights have actually been given; rights have actually been taken away thanks to this Act. All the arguments put forward in favour of the amendments, together with the absolute refusal to incorporate the very valid objections put forward during the very brief parliamentary sessions, prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt. Yet no one seems to have noticed.
Alleanza Bidla has been spelling it out for years. The EU-backed and harmful neo-liberal agenda (of which both the PL and equally the PN are so enamoured ) is not about giving rights to anyone but about removing them surreptitiously and systematically from the people of the member states.
It is actually just about the destruction of identity
This agenda replaces our reality that we have always believed in (biological reality, social, medical, logical etc.) with a new virtual reality that ignores natural law and all common sense.
l Our own core identity is removed. No longer a man or a woman, a boy or a girl, a mother, father, daughter or son but just a mere "entity". The law says so therefore it is so. Well, even a dog is an entity, so do not be surprised when someone decides to marry Fido or even himself "as is his right", which is now happening abroad.
l They will have us believe that the family unit is longer what we know it to be. No longer man, woman and child but any imaginable and virtual combination possible. These combinations will no doubt "expand" too, in order to fit future 'equality' arguments imposed on us. In addition, children will soon have more legal parents than just two; as many as a state official decides, in fact.
l With the destruction of the family as an identity, comes the destruction of our own society. Maltese society is built on the concept of a stable family and this family 'reality' has now been changed. Therefore, our social laws and behaviour are being changed (destroyed) to fit the new unhealthy model. Virtual sense will inevitably dictate more half-baked unworkable laws. We shall no longer refer to common sense and real order.
l We are also perfectly aware that the unique and special Maltese identity too is being eroded. Malta has changed. Systematically converted (destroyed) from an independent, sovereign, safe state to a small 'worried' gray and obedient village in federalist EU. Although federalism is actually a failed EU project, we are knowingly being pushed into it and towards more chaos. Our own sensible laws, culture and values that have served us so very well are being removed and replaced with laws that we know are verging on the ludicrous, do not conform to the wishes of the overwhelming majority and are clearly poised to create more harmful and illogical laws.
Most would agree that we are on a (moral?) slippery slope, where our 'representatives' are opening new doors for more blatant destruction. We all know what is next. We have already been prepared for such new 'amendments' that will become law quickly and which will "normalise" that which is in fact totally unacceptable to us.
More destruction of identity and more rights taken away are to follow.
Well, I am personally very glad that Wednesday, 12th July 2017 has finally happened. I see it as a highly important and much anticipated date of reference.
It is the date when an indisputably clear, red line was crossed by the liberals (yes, both PN and PL). A day when many masks finally fell and when very clever people could no longer play the double faced game for their own personal gain.
This was the very definite and clear turning point in all of this unacceptable madness encapsulated in 'equality'. Equality - a word whose real meaning too has been destroyed into total nothingness. It is now just an excuse to promote 'wrongs' as 'rights' (pun intended) and nothing else. Thanks to Wednesday, we now have glaring examples: The choice of slightly changing the Civil Union law was ignored by our representatives in Parliament and the rights of heterosexual marriage were removed instead of protected. With the unnecessary removal of key words like "mother" and "father", the destruction-of-identity agenda has now crystallized in people's minds. The people now clearly understand that their rights were removed by the PN and PL and they can no longer deny this reality.
PN clearly voted along with the PL for this destruction just as it did in other destructive instances (Religious vilification law, accepting MAP as non-abortive when it clearly is, etc). It is also clear that the PN has, in fact, constantly approved of this harmful "destruction of identity" agenda when, as a supposedly conservative Opposition, it should have been opposing or at worst abstaining. Facts speak louder than words and the PN is no longer conservative, and clearly not Christian nor democratic. Who then but the totally brainwashed can now deny this reality? It did not even allow the right of a free vote on such an anti-Christian law!
Who can now dispute that the PN, like the PL, now only represents and obeys the EU chain of command with their "destruction of our identity" agenda? PN has the same identical agenda as PL. No difference, no choice. Vote PN get PL and vice versa - same party, different leadership.
The 12th of July is surely the red-letter day. Now if this new liberal direction is truly not for you, you truly have had enough and you think you can finally put your principles, your real personal, family, social and country's identity before the party, then you should also make last Wednesday your "red-letter day" too. If you are truly fed up and want sanity, decency and real order back in our country, if your and your children's future is a top priority, then its time you became part of the solution and not remain part of the problem.
It is now a historical fact that Alleanza Bidla was there at the very front defending our rights before anyone else. We stood up to be counted. We said no to gay adoption, gender indoctrination of our children in schools, embryo freezing, liberalism on all fronts and the destruction of our Maltese sovereignty, our values, and our culture. Over the years, our direction has been constant, focused and clear. We have waited very patiently for this red-letter day knowing that it would come and we were well prepared for it. This, no doubt is the turning point in the fight against the destruction of identity. This date makes it easy for people to choose for themselves whether they are on the side of the traditional parties (and therefore this destruction) or whether their principles and identity must come first.
Let us be clear on three things:
- Yes, we can reverse this virtual, mad, reality and bring back normality. This can only be done by those who truly want to unite politically. It is the only way to win this. We must all stop fighting windmills and concentrate on what really matters; electing our representatives to Parliament where changes to the law are made. I cannot emphasise enough that this ideological battle can never be won unless we have our lawmakers in Parliament (and nothing else) to win it.
- Like in the rest of the world, this is not a right v left battle as you are made to believe. You will see plenty of left-wingers (Putin, Russia, China, ex communist countries etc) fighting this harmful ideology too. Some more so than right-wingers, right-wingers who even back off when it counts. We must therefore stop pointing emotional fingers and unite rather than splinter. Our common denominator here is clearly Christian values that easily stand up to and defeat any illogical/illegal argument that the liberals put forward.
- We must also ally with, contribute and work closely alongside those abroad who have already faced what we are going through. Those who are now well equipped and experienced and are making real change (bidla!) happen. Alleanza Bidla has applied to join the European Political Christian Movement (ECPM), an organisation that promotes Christian values in European politics https://ecpm.info/ . They have done so successfully too. They have members from both sides of the political divide, united only by Christian values. With six MEPs (the same as the PN and PL combined), Alleanza will join an organisation that has made real change happen within the EU itself, and more importantly in national parliaments too. For instance, right now the small, Christian party ChristenUnie is having formal negotiations and serious talks with larger parties to form the new Dutch coalition government. Just like we aspire to do, they will form part of the next government and be its moral compass.
In the first week of August, we are inviting ECPM to come to Malta to meet you. In that week, we will organise an informal event by the sea one evening where you can mix and meet real Christians who are making the needed difference. This will be followed by formal individual meetings with NGOs, churches, MPs and other people who, like us, see the need to have a third Maltese party based on serious Christian doctrine. The week will end with a formal public meeting, where members of ECPM will explain how they work and how they achieve positive results and how together, in a unified political structure, we in Malta can do the same. Ultimately, we know that the overwhelming majority of Maltese are against this harmful liberal wave now represented unashamedly by both the new PN and PL. We know that people need a focal point they can trust, to refer to and regroup and we intend to provide it. Once we join into a common political force and start achieving the same results as our friends, it will not take too long to achieve the normality we all yearn for and which will protect us and future generations.
