Daphne Caruana Galizia’s last words were scribbled on the Regional Road overnight.

“There are crooks everywhere you look now. The situation is desperate”, the journalist wrote on her blog, a mere half hour before she was killed after a bomb went off in her car as she left home.

Someone, last night, wrote them down in one of Malta's busiest stretches, for all to remember.
