An Italian man was seriously injured on Monday evening after he was hit by a car at the Ferries in Gzira.
The accident happened at 8.45pm, the police said.
The 62-year-old, who resides in Sliema, was hit by a Toyota Yaris driven by a 42-year-old resident of Senglea.
