Energy Minister Joe Mizzi together with the management of Enemalta Plc met with the representatives of Streamcast Technologies Inc., the company which will potentially be investing €75 million.

Streamcast Technologies has recently signed an agreement by which the company will be investing in the global data centre market. This investment will kick start by the development of a data hub at Enemalta Plc in Marsa. During the meeting, Minister Mizzi said that he will be providing all the necessary assistance.

The company representatives said that they are happy with the site on offer for this project. The project will start off by a pilot project which is expected to be completed by early next year.
