Frank Salt Real Estate staff ended another impressive year in style with their annual Christmas lunch held at the Phoenicia Hotel in Floriana on 19th December. The ballroom housed Frank Salt, the company founder, his children and directors as well as the 175-strong employee contingent, demonstrating the strong bonds of this Maltese company that has been finding homes and offices for its clients in Malta for almost five decades.
As per tradition, the annual awards were given out to the top performers in the company in recognition of their contribution to the company during 2017. In addition, the annual team video challenge was a highlight of the afternoon and hotly contested by the company's branches and support teams. This year the Marketing, Finance and Home Interiors team took top honours with their Maltese rendition of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
The Christmas party is a highlight in the company's calendar of events. Work is hectic, and social activities play an important role in the culture of the company. Staff members come together at the end of a busy and successful year to unwind and spend time together in this company which continues to maintain a family culture at its core.
