James Galea made it to the highest podium position on Sunday as he won the NCR Trap selection shoot organized by The Malta Shooting Sport Federation at Bidnija.

This event was over 125 clays trap, with the top six to qualify for the final stages.

William Chetcuti and Brian Galea managed a straight of 25/25 each during the qualification rounds.

James Galea placed 1st with 112/125 - 20-24-27-31-38+shoot off +3. He was followed by Mario Buhagiar in second place with 113/125 - 20-24-29-32-38+shoot off+2

Third was Brian Galea with 109/125 - 20-23-26-31.

William Chetcuti placed 4th with 118/125 - 18-23-25. Fifth was Gianluca Chetcuti with 110/125 - 19-21 and sixth Mikaela Galea with 108/125 -18.
