The Individual Investment Programme Malta launched four years ago has been described as the “most controversial contract”, also because of its European value, by “The Spectator”, a weekly magazine featuring the best British journalists, authors, critics and cartoonists, since 1828.
In its top story, journalist Freddy Gray looks into the Cambridge Analytica developments and says it is a smaller story when compared to the passport selling industry, which attracts “unsavoury characters: the sort of people in the market for a second, third or even fourth passport who aren’t always welcome everywhere.”
