Santa Venera Lightnings were crowned Champions of the BOV 3rd Division Football League.

Leading second placed Mellieha going into the final game of the season, Santa Venera made sure of the title by beating Zurrieq 3-0 to clinch the title.

Claire Falzon, Manager at Bank of Valletta and Dr Angelo Chetcuti, Secretary General at the Malta Football Association presented the medals and the new BOV Third Division Trophy to Santa Venera Lightnings.
