In accordance with the Food Safety Act and Regulation the Environmental Health Directorate within the Superintendence of Public Health has informed the public that according information received from the involved company, and later through the Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed, the following product must not be consumed since there is a possibility that it could contain fragments of a different type of mushroom than that declared on the label, which is as of yet unidentified.
