Illegal dumping in our valleys remains a problem in the Maltese islands, despite efforts by the authorities to find sites for proper disposal and ongoing clean-ups. Mounds of construction material, including bags of cement and broken stone and tiles have been dumped at Wied Has-Saptan, which is located between Gudja and Ghaxaq.
