The Russian Shooting Sport President, Vladimir Lisin was entrusted by The International Shooting Sport Federation to serve as The New ISSF President during The General Assembly held in Munich, Germany.

Vladimir Lisin was contested by FITAV President Luciano Rossi.His broad experience in Shooting Sports as well as previous involvement within the ISSF gives him excellent base for his new role as ISSF President.Vladimir Lisin was the guest of honour of The Malta Shooting Sport Federation for The inauguration of The ISSF World Cup Malta 2018 last June.   

The Malta Shooting Sport Federation, The Malta Olympic Committee, Sport Malta and The Parliamentary Secretariat for Sports congratulate Vladimir Lisin as ISSF President and hope for future cooperation between them.
