Hundreds of fish were washed ashore in Xemwija by the storm.
A video showing the large number of fish which were carried onto the road has been uploaded on the social media.
It shows the fish lying helpless on the road as cars are driven by (below).
In another video (above), people are seen braving the rain to pick up the fish... possibly to take them home to cook.
