Archbishop Mgr Charles Scicluna was asked by leading magazine Time to write a short piece about Pope Francis who was chosen among the top 100 influential people for 2019. The list was published today.
Described as a leading reformer on clerical sex abuse, Mgr Scicluna writes about the Pope’s determination to put in place guidelines and policies to protect children and vulnerable people.
