Express Trailers continued with the tradition of hosting its annual events in prestigious historical sites when on the 28th of June, it hosted its Summer Event on top of the cavalier of Fort St Elmo. Express Trailers dressed up the fort in its unmistakable orange colour for what was to be the first event ever hosted in this location.

“Hosting this event on the roof of Fort St Elmo’s cavalier was a logistical challenge for us but it was worth the effort and the investment. Our people are of paramount importance to us,” said Franco Azzopardi, Chairman and CEO of Express Trailers.

The event was attended by over 200 employees and was also open to the employees’ respective families.

“This decision to always host our annual events at historical sites around Malta, stems from our genuine will to support local heritage, to promote their significance, their potential as event venues and obviously, to give our family of employees an experience like no other,” added Franco Azzopardi.

“Express Trailers’ roots are those of a family business, built by a father and his eight sons and their respective families. The company grew into a bigger family and this is why we also urge employees to come accompanied with their families to our annual events. Indeed, it was a very memorable event where everyone had the opportunity to appreciate Fort St Elmo, its vantage point and the stunning views it provides,” concluded Azzopardi.
