Daniel Muka has been indicted over the murder of Christian Pandolfino and Ivor Maciejowski, The Malta Independent has confirmed.

The evidence stage of the compilation of evidence against Daniel Muka, who stands accused of committing a double murder, had been declared closed on Tuesday.

Sources confirmed with this newsroom that the bill of indictment was filed earlier today.

Muka is accused of murdering Chris Pandolfino and Ivor Maciejovski in their Sliema home on Locker street back in 2020. Pandolfino and Maciejovski were found shot dead.

Another man, Viktor Dragomanski, has also been charged in connection with the murder and a third, Jesper Kristiansen, is awaiting indictment.

Sources said that Dragomanski is expected to be indicted in the coming days.

Without the indictment, Muka would have had to be released next week on bail, due to a 20 month limit that prevents a person from being held against their will without it.  The same applies to Dragomanski, but not to Kristiansen, who was arrested in Spain and extradited to Malta some months after Muka and Dragomanski.
