The man who was reported missing to the police last week has been found dead in a room at Ghajn Tuffieha, the police said.

The man, Nicholas Camilleri, 55, of Birkirkara was found dead on Monday at 8.30pm.

The police said that no foul play is suspected.

Magistrate Leonard Cachia is leading an inquiry.

The police had sought public assistance in search of the man last Friday.
