Prime Minister 'definitely' wants Cyrus Engerer on the Labour Party's ticket for the MEP elections later this year.

"I believe that he still has a lot to contribute," Abela said, describing him as someone who says what he believes, even if they don't always agree with each other.

Engerer has not yet declared whether he will be contesting the elections or not, and is the only sitting PL MEP who has not yet done so.
