A 55-year-old man from Zurrieq was grievously injured when he fell from a height of a storey in an internal yard, the police said.

The incident occurred at 12.30pm, on Triq il-Kittenija, Zurrieq.

He was taken to Mater Dei Hospital having suffered grievous injuries.

Investigations are ongoing.
