Natalia Rakhmatulina presents dual piano concerts at Valletta's Sagrestia Vault

Amid the captivating allure of Valletta's historic Sagrestia Vault, music enthusiasts are in for a treat as Natalia Rakhmatulina, a distinguished graduate of the St Petersburg Conservatory, prepares to enthral audiences with two exquisite performances. Against the stunning backdrop of the Valletta Waterfront, these concerts promise an afternoon of musical delight, catering to a diverse range of tastes.

Scheduled for Sunday, 28 April and Sunday, 5 May, both performances commence at 3pm, offering attendees the opportunity to indulge in a harmonious journey spanning popular tunes and classical compositions. Natalia's ability ensures a captivating experience, whether revelling in timeless classics or exploring the refined elegance of Bach and Debussy.

The first concert will feature popular tunes artfully interpreted by Rakhmatulina's skilled hands, promising a delightful exploration of varied repertoire. From cherished classics to contemporary favourites, attendees can expect a captivating musical journey that resonates with every note.

For the May concert audiences are invited to immerse themselves in the timeless works of Bach through to the evocative pieces of Debussy with the concert titled From Bach to Debussy. Catering to aficionados of classical music, this performance offers an intimate exploration of the classical repertoire, set within the intimate ambiance of the Sagrestia Vault.

Both concerts will unfold within the atmospheric confines of the Sagrestia Vault, accessible through the chapel of the Escape to Egypt, heightening the intrigue of the experience. The venue's intimate setting ensures that every melody reverberates with clarity, allowing attendees to fully immerse themselves in the enchanting performances.

Given the limited capacity of the venue, securing tickets in advance is advised to avoid disappointment. Tickets for each concert are available at €10 each, with the opportunity to attend both for €15. Additionally, there is a booking fee on the website, and tickets can be conveniently purchased online through ticketline.com.mt. For spontaneous attendees, tickets will also be available at the door on the day of the event, subject to availability.
