Seven cars were destroyed in a fire in Marsaskala on Wednesday night, the police said.
The incident took place at 11.30pm in Mahsel Street, close to St Thomas Bay.
The police said members of the Civil Protection Department controlled the blaze.
No-one was hurt, but an inquiry led by Magistrate Joseph Mifsud has been launched.
The police said that the cause of the incident is still to be established.
