Renald Barbara, 24, and Joanne Fenech, 23, both from Rabat, were charged with stealing the above items, worth more than Lm100 but less than Lm1,000, to the detriment of Raymond Vella.
Mr Barbara was also charged with breaching the terms of a conditional discharge, relapsing in view of previous convictions and driving an unlicensed van without insurance.
Prosecuting inspector Paul Bond asked the court to suspend the man’s driving licence for at least a year.
