Charlot Calleja pleaded guilty to possessing heroin which was found in circumstances denoting it was for personal use. Police inspector Josric Mifsud prosecuted.He pleaded not guilty to the charges against him and was granted bail against a Lm10,000 personal guarantee.
Inspector Dennis Theuma prosecuted and Dr Joseph Giglio appeared for Mr Borg.
