Fiacal Mahouachi, 37, who lives in Zejtun, pleaded not guilty to mugging Clayton Camenzuli on 10 May in Zabbar and stealing his mobile phone. He was also accused of having a knife in his possession during the commission of a crime, detaining Mr Camenzuli against his will, and relapsing in view of previous convictions. Police inspector Geoffrey Azzopardi prosecuted.
