The collection is individually numbered and housed in a 380-page cloth-bound volume, with the stamps presented and preserved in a specially designed hagner folder. President of Malta Edward Fenech Adami has written the foreword and Malta’s well-known and respected philatelist Anthony Fenech has provided a detailed philatelic essay covering Malta’s postal history.

Also included are five professionally written articles covering diverse aspects of Maltese life, ranging from the country’s geography and history to arts and culture.
