The forum will address a number of issues pertaining to women’s participation in the labour market and will be based on the results of a survey conducted among women who are neither in paid employment nor searching for a job.

The research explores whether participants would in fact like to work, and if so, the factors that would most influence their decision. The Forum will also focus on the role of the various stakeholders in assisting those women who wish to participate in the world of work.
