In the case filed yesterday, Mr Falzon claimed that Mr Mizzi’s article, published in the 1 April issue of The Times, exposed him to public disdain and ridicule. The article also offended his “honour and reputation,” along with that of the company of which he is chairman, that is, Water Services Corporation. The suit demanded Mr Mizzi pay Mr Falzon an amount set by the court, that does not exceed Lm5,000, in damages. The case was filed in the magistrates’ court by Dr Adrian Delia.
