The restaurant, situated right at the water’s edge, is an ideal summer venue which is open daily for lunch and dinner.

During daytime, the lunch menu offers a vast selection of light snacks, salads, pasta, grills and fresh fish. In the evening, The Edge transforms itself into a romantic setting where the moon provides a magnificent scenario over the restaurant candle-lit

setting.

The dinner menu is a mixture of a la carte starters, sizzling barbecue and exquisite sweet endings. Top artists perform live every night – they include Val Valente, Nadine Axisa and Mike Spiteri.

Raphael Cauchi, resort general manager, said that The Edge is another unique dining venue offered within the Radisson SAS Bay Point Resort.

“In the past summer seasons, it has been patronised by the local clientele and we look forward to welcoming them again to spend a special evening and enjoy an exquisite dinner,” Mr Cauchi said.
