Martin Cachia, 43 from Pembroke was accused of selling and circulating the merchandise and breaching copyright and relapsing in view of previous convictions.
Inspector I. J. Abdilla prosecuted while Dr Roberto Montalto appeared for the accused.
The court was presided over by Magistrate Miriam Hayman.
