WSC Claims tender was issued in accordance with the law

In a counter-protest against Dr Anna Mallia, the local legal representative of Resco S.R.L., the corporation claimed the tender was issued correctly and in accordance with the law. The WSC asked Dr Mallia to stop taking needless legal action. The protest was filed by Dr Guido Pace Spadaro.
