Dr Abela filed the suit against Felix Agius, the KullHadd editor and Glenn Beddingfield, who wrote the article entitled Nutar, zewg kuntratti u frodi kbar, that was published on the front page of the 25 July edition of the newspaper. The notary is demanding payment of not more than Lm5,000 for the damage caused by the article.
