Richard Attard, 22, was accused of defiling a 15-year-old girl in Birkirkara and other places, offending public morals, handling stolen property and trespassing.
The man pleaded not guilty to all the charges pressed against him and was remanded in custody.
Inspectors Raymond Aquilina, Victor Aquilina and Kevin Farrugia prosecuted while Magistrate Michael Mallia presided over the court.
