Hence they have to be registered with the Health Authority according to the provision under L.N. 357 of 2004.

Registration shall be carried out in writing on the prescribed form, which can be acquired from the Health Authority and has to be duly filled and forwarded to the designated office (Environmental Health Unit, Civic Centre, Convent Street, Zabbar ZBR 02).
